By participating , you agree to abide by these Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understand that the results of games you participate in, are determined by 1GUESS and its agents, and are final in all respects. GENERAL No Purchase Necessary. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. A subscription will not improve your chances of winning. An in-app purchase will not improve your chances of winning. HOW TO ENTER A GAME All games can be entered by placing a guess. Your first guess will activate your participation, and authentication. You are prompted for an email address at this time. You only have to enter your email address once. You can change this email at your leisure, in the account section of the app. Every participant gets only 1 guess per game, per day. For example, if there are 3 games running right now, and you havent guessed yet today on any games, than you would be able to place 1 guess in each game, and then do the same tomorrow, and so on. Everyone has the same amount of guesses per game. Extra guesses may sometimes be awarded to all participants to help exhaust games at a faster pace. All participants are awarded an equal amount of extra guesses. No participant is ever favored. You do not need to have push notifications to qualify for any extra guesses. You will however need to give us that permission so we can let you know when that opportunity is available for you. PRIZE DETAILS Every game has 1 prize. Every game has 1 guaranteed winner. Every winner is guaranteed 1 prize. There is no discrimination against repeat winners. All expenses or costs associated with acceptance of the prize not mentioned in these Rules are the responsibility of the winner, unless there is a special circumstance that the winner communicates to 1GUESS for special consideration. 1GUESS expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of the prize awarded. 1GUESS makes no representation or warranties concerning the appearance, safety or performance of the prize awarded.
